  • In-Store Pickup: Customers may also opt for in-store pickup. Please bring your order confirmation to collect your purchase.

  • Pets: Due to the nature of live animals, pets are non-returnable unless deemed unhealthy or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a pet that is ill or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Pet Food and Accessories: If you are unsatisfied with pet food or accessories, we accept returns only if the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and within One days of purchase. Opened or used products are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Refunds: If eligible for a refund, we will process it within Theree days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Care of Pets: Once you purchase a pet, you are responsible for providing proper care, including food, shelter, and medical attention. Please ensure that you have the necessary experience or research to care for the type of pet you are purchasing.

  • Pet Health: We do our best to ensure that all pets sold are healthy and vaccinated according to industry standards. However, we cannot be held liable for any medical issues after purchase unless they arise directly due to the pet’s condition at the time of sale.

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within Six hours of placing it, provided that the product has not yet been shipped or prepared for delivery. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Product Changes: If you wish to change an item after the order has been placed, please contact us immediately. If the item has not yet been processed, we will make the necessary adjustments.
